COSMETIC SURGERY DESIGN UPDATE

Clean and responsive website design enhancements

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Cosmetic Surgery approached us because their legacy site had not been updated in some time. The overall user experience lacked continuity and multiple areas for navigation created confusion for user paths. In addition to this, the overall site was not responsive or tablet/mobile friendly. The design also neglected to showcase the main surgeons high-level qualifications and did not spark interest with directing the user to their most popular procedures.

Our client places a high emphasis on the value of SEO and required that schema markup be included throughout the site to ensure proper ranking within industry required websites.

UPDATED USER EXPERIENCE AND INTERFACE

We updated the navigation to include a mega menu for desktop users that broke up the lengthy list of procedures into an easily digested format.

A new looking style guide was created that refined the font types and utilized their current black, pink and white company colors in a refreshing way. Through discussions with the client we established that the most important aspect to differentiate their business was their surgeon and his unique qualifications. His profile was buried on the legacy site, so we brought this forward on the homepage as the first section, followed by a stylized procedures section.

A MOBILE-FIRST APPROACH

We brought mobile to the forefront by utilizing a mobile-first approach with our design since their target audience are mobile users. Our mockup included a revised menu layout for small screens and call-to-action items. The entire site is responsive, scalable and adapts to all screen sizes and various browsers.
